Questions, answered
What the membership includes, what it costs, and how everything works. If yours is not here, just ask — I answer every message myself.
Membership
A single, one-time purchase that unlocks everything on Blocs Master — every video course, every section library, every premium template — plus priority support. There is no subscription and nothing to renew.
The Lifetime Membership is US$349 as a one-time payment, with VAT and sales tax already included. That is the only payment you will ever make.
If you only want the video courses, All Courses is US$99 and unlocks every course on the site — but not the templates or the section library.
No. Lifetime means lifetime — your access does not expire, and you keep everything you have downloaded, forever.
Yes. Every new course, template, library and update is included at no extra cost, automatically. You will never be asked to pay again because a new version of Blocs came out.
Nothing changes unless you want it to. An annual membership gives you exactly what a lifetime one gives you — every course, every template, the whole library — and it keeps doing so until the end of your current period.
The only difference between the two is the renewal date, so moving across is the one upgrade that adds no new content: it simply takes the date off. Sign in and open your dashboard and you will find your upgrade price there, with the returning-customer discount already applied. Nothing lapses in between.
Yes, and you do not have to ask for it. If you have bought anything here before — All Courses, the templates, the Minimalist Library, the standalone WordPress course, or an annual membership — sign in and open your dashboard. Your upgrade price is shown there and the discount is applied at the checkout automatically, with no code to type in.
If the price looks wrong, or you bought under a different email address, write to me and I will sort it out.
Yes. Email [email protected] from your student address and I will get you set up.
Payment & refunds
Checkout is handled securely by Paddle, which takes credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay and Mada), PayPal, Alipay, iDEAL, Google Pay, Apple Pay and wire transfer.
Yes. The price on the page is the price you pay — VAT, sales tax and any other local tax are already in it, so nothing is added at the last step. Paddle works out what is due for your country and takes care of remitting it.
If your business has a VAT number, enter it during checkout: the tax comes off and the invoice is issued without it.
No. Everything sold here is digital and delivered in full the moment you pay, so a refund cannot take the courses, templates or project files back. That is why refunds are not offered on the Lifetime Membership or on All Courses.
This is exactly why every lesson list on the site is public, and why three complete courses are free — so you can see the teaching, the pace and the depth before you spend anything. If something has genuinely gone wrong with your purchase, such as a file that will not download or access that has not appeared, write to me and I will fix it.
Invoices and payment details live in the Paddle customer portal. Your name, email and password are on your account page, and everything you own is on your dashboard.
Courses
Yes — three complete courses are free. Create a free account and the Volt CMS Course, the Blocs for iPad Course and the SEO Course open up straight away, in full.
Everyone from complete beginners to advanced users. Every course page lists the level, the total running time and the full lesson list before you start, so you can see exactly what you are getting.
Use them on as many projects as you like, personal or commercial. The one thing you may not do is resell them as templates.
Yes. Export the HTML from Blocs and edit it in any HTML editor you prefer.
About
Blocs is a powerful visual web design tool for Mac and iPad that lets you build modern websites without writing code. You can find it at blocsapp.com.
No. Blocs Master is entirely independent of Cazoobi, the developer of Blocs — though the courses are endorsed by them, and I have been using the app since its first release.
Both are on this site and linked from the footer of every page: the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. The short version of the second one is that there is no analytics, no advertising tracker and nothing sold to anybody.
